I can't change my payment method, and I'm about to cancel my old credit card, but I want to continue with the service. So I need to know what am I supposed to do to be able to change my payment method. I have tried with two different credit cards and it says that it can't be done.
I wanted to suscribe to de family plan, but I'm unable to do so for the same reasons.
It is not a bank problem, I have talked to them, and I also was able to change my payment method on my Netflix account.
