I received an email 2day saying that i changed my mail. I sent an email to the address i found on that mail but i didn’t get a response yet. I read some of the solutions and clearly nothing works since the reply will go to the hackers mail (seriously Spotify?). Thank god i could log in to the site from my pc since my pc account somehow is still connected.
SO dear Spotify i am wondering why you dont notify your users that you have been hacked? At the least tell us that we have to change the password. Or add live chat. Or an autoreply mechanism to a specific mail address. Do something!
