Hey Spotify, here's the deal:
So I decided to switch my Spotify account back to the one connected to my Facebook after using premium for a few months on a different email of mine. After doing this, I realized I had forgotten the password i used(and was therefore unable to cancel the premium). When I went to reset my password through the email link, the link did not send(and yes I checked the spam folder). I need a way to be able to deactivate the previous account (the email is robertkaiser@student.templetonusd.org) so I can happily use my new account without being charged for the old one!!
