Denisse from Spotify Customer Support asked my to write to someone in the community to close my previous community account. They transferred my Spotify account created through facebook to a new one without facebook, but now I am unable to access my old community account with the username 'henrikpsnielsen'. She stated that a spotify account and its corresponding community account are not directly linked and run on different systems, which is why it has not been transferred with me to my new account.
I, therefore, would like to have my OLD account (henrikpsnielsen) closed. My NEW account, HeinrichP, I should like to have remain open.
