charging me twice and giving me no premium service

I have been trying to contact Spotify for months and recieve no reply. I have charged twice since November 2011 a month for an account in my name and also it seems Im paying for another user as well not known to me through my bank account. Countless email have been sent and all ignored. My premium service stopped working 2 weeks ago and now i cant access any music other than the radio stations. So in short i'm being charged twice as much for no service and no contact from the customer support team. NOT GOOD. PLEASE someone help.
