Who Me Too'd this topic

Hi everyone,

I have an italian account, I live in Germany now, and, since I have a german credit card I want to update my payment details and therefore my country. 

If I update my payment details I'm asked for the country change, I press ok but the page keeps refreshing on the same payment page.

If I go on my profile and try to change my country from there I can't, my country (italy) is in grey. My IP adress is recognised as a german one so I should, in theory, be able to change that.

This is frustrating, it seems like a bug and I cannot understand how a company like spotify can't fix something that slow down the earnings.

The problem seems to occur quite often, but I could't find any relevant informations.
