I've recently moved to Australia from the UK. As such I have changed my Spotify account settings from the UK to Australia by updating my payment details to an Australian payment card. I have made my first payment in AUD.
Annoyingly my account page still shows me as being based in 'Great Britain'. I've tried to change this to the UK however every time I change the setting, the country defaults back to GB. Please see the attachment for how I am getting Australian pricing ($11.99 a month but GB as my country).
The key issue this is causing: I want to join my family's Spotify based here in Australia, but it won't let me, saying I have to have an Australian account. It appears my account is in some sort of transitional limbo between the UK/GB and Australia.
Can someone help please?
