Spotify kicked some members out of our family plan.

One month after our suscription to the Premium Family Plan, two of our members got kicked out. I, being the administrator of the account, reinvited them and they filled out the same address, but got denied access to the account. They had to sign in with an e-mail address instead of logging in through Facebook (as they normally would do) and fill out, again, the address. Will this happen every month?
