Cancel subscription for premium subscription when i don't have one

To whom it may concern,


I've been charged the $9.99/mth subscription fee, however, when I log in it indicates I have a free subscription.  Either cancel my subscription or please ensure I have a premium subscription under my e-mail name of only.  As i do not know who I am communicating to on-line; I'm a bit leary of providing any other persoal details that would be required.

On another note it would be nice if there was a customer service line that could you could call to assist in these matters.
