Hi,
it's absolutely frustrating. I am trying to register an account for my daughter. Should be the simplest task for an online-based commercial service - shouldn't it? Tried to register via Firefox, via Edge (both on PC) and via Safari on IPhone. There is no errormessage or anything, just a spinning wheel after hitting the Register-Button and after a few minutes a reCaptcha that needs to be updated. No registering, no feedback, nothing!!!! I even assumed, that somehow the registration process worked withoud any feedback or email, so I tried to login afterwards. Nothing ... at least, that was to be ecpextected. Are we living in the early '90s? That's a shame for a worldwide operating computer company.
The user-names I tried (and which were not rejected as already registered or with illigit digits) were mi-lou-b an mialouisa09
I checked the necessary box for accepting user terms and in my frustration even the ones for accepting to sell my data out... still nothing.
If the rest of my family wasn't already registered and we didn't share a family account I wouldn't even bother to write this email but simply turn to Deezer, Apple or Amazon Prime Music
The email-address of my daughter (which I won't share here publicly) works fine, the invitation to the family-account reached here just as planned.
Is there anything I or Spotify can do to get her registered?
