Me han anadido a un plan familiar. Al darle al boton "Aceptar invitacion" del email automatico que me ha llegado de Spotify, llego a una landing en la que tengo que completar mis datos y los de la vivienda. Cuando lo completo me sale un pop-up en el que pone "Solo pueden participar en el Plan Familiar familiares que vivan juntos. Confirma que tu y xx compartis el mismo domicilio." Le doy a confirmar y me sale una banda roja en la parte superior en la que pone: "No es posible unirte a este plan familiar. ¿Necesitas ayuda? Consulta nuestras preguntas frecuentes."
No me dan mas informacion. NADA! Los datos estan correctos y mi cuenta verificada. ¿Que puede pasar?
