New family account merged with existing

Hi! So my dad, mom, and I were all on a family plan and everything was working great. Then we added my sister. We followed the instructions, did the same thing we did for the other ones, and created her a new account. But when she logs in with her email, it shows my playlists and such. It says she has a separate account and its under a new email. But whenever she is listening to it, I can't, and vise versa. It seems to be all one account, but mine has my username and email, and hers has her username and email.

 

Is there a way to fix this?
