Who Me Too'd this topic

Hello, I recently glanced up and realized that my spotify account now has a profile picture and name I did not recognize. Upon further inspection, I realized it was linked to an unknown person's Facebook. I quicky pushed the disconnect from Facebook button and changed my password. Yet, the profile picture and name change remain on my account without the Facebook link. I tried to link a blank Facebook page with my name (As I don't have a Facebook) to try to get my name back, but when I pushed connect to Facebook it opened my Facebook, but it seemed to just relink the unknown account's Facebook. I have had this account for over 3 years and have had no security issues or profile issues before now. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.
