My Question or Issue

Hello,

My spotify crash 2 to 3 minutes after startup in my device. It just stops and said "unfortunately Spotify has stopped working"

I tried to identify the cause, clean install even factory resetting my phone, and it still crashes.

One weird solution i got from reading the forum is to start spotify in offline mode and turn on wifi/mobile data and it only works partially for me.

When i opened the app normally, it crash within 1 to 3 minutes, if I start it in offline mode, then it can play for a while, but after 15 to 20 minutes it will crash again and o have to start in offline mode everytimd i wanna play a song.

The problem seems to exist in online mode only, because i tried playing pre-downloaded songs while not connected to the internet and it works perfectly.
