Can't see messages

I joined Spotify yesterday and submitted a question about how it works,  i received several emails apparently saying i had a reply, but whenever I try to get the message i get a "complete your Profile" screen with my user id filled in.  when i click "submit" I get asimilar screen but an addition messwage to "correct the highlighted error and try again"  There are no highlighed errors, just my userid.  I can't get past this screen.  Also i cannot find anything that defines the difference between "Unlimited" and "Premier" subscriptions.  I currently am on a free trial of Premier, but think $10 a month is too much.
