My Question or Issue
When open the Spotify app on my iPhone and Mac, the Home page gives me the error "something went wrong, please try again later". This has been the case for about 2 hours now. Also when I click on the "made for you" section it shows "an error occured". Neither of these sections are working for me.
I don't know if this has to do with me upgrading to the family plan but I read on your forums that upgrading would be a seamless transition that wouldn't affect my listening.
I have logged out and logged back in, un-installed the app and reinstalled. Used wifi and cellular data and used a different internet connection. Still the problem persists, no home page and no "made for you" section.
Also, when I search for artists, it goes to their page but does not populate any music.
Would you have any ideas on how I can resolve this please? It is affecting my listening experience negatively.
