My Question or Issue
I have been out of the country for a week (I have Student Premium) I was using Spotify in offline mode while I was gone. Upon my return my phone did a software update, after the update the app asked me to sign in again. I can sign in to my account on a web browser with no issue. However, when I try to use the app I get a message that says "You are currently offline, Please go online to connect to Spotify."
It gives me the option to connect or cancel. If I chose connect it gives me a message that I have been sent a link to my email. I immediately open my email and click the link (within 30 seconds) I have tried this 3 times and every time when I click on the link I get the message that the link has expired (After less than 1 minute!?!?!). I am frustrated and confused by this. Anyone know how I can get into my account? I already tired a password reset, even though that is not the issue as I can sign in on a browser with no problem.
