My Question or Issue

I've tried: reinstalling both apps, restarting my phone, ensuring iOS is up to date, ensuring I'm not Offline. Nothing works.

Been dealing with this since I got my Premium account a number of months ago.  It'll work and allow me to post something to my Instagram story easily 1 out of 100 tries.  Not a fan of paying for Premium and having to deal with this.
