Upgraded to Premium yesterday and got charged twice

Hi, 

 

As the title says I got charged twice for a Premium update I did yesterday.

 

By the way, I've searched the Spotify site for a simple contact info, but with no luck, is this forum really the only way to get in contact for support issues?
