I'm developing an app that uses Spotify that I'd like to commercialize. Per the definitions laid out on https://developer.spotify.com/terms, it would be qualified as a non-streaming SDA, as its only commercial uses are ads and a premium subscription model that relies on Spotify data and playlist creation.
Do I need Spotify's explicit approval via a commercial app integration application to commercialize this app or am I okay to commercialize it without one because it doesn't use streaming capabilities? I've seen another post where the community suggests that approval wouldn't be required, but it'd be great to hear an official confirmation from Spotify. Thanks!
