My Question or Issue

I'm thinking of making a service that matches young artists to venues in those cities where the most of their audience comes from. To do so, my service needs to know stats on top cities, per artist. I see the top-5 cities shown in Spotify for Artists' dashboard, as seen on screenshots attached, but what I need is a programmatic way to access that data. I also need it not only for the currently logged-in user, but for anyone, so that several artists could share a tour.

Sorry if I overlooked a page in the docs. Is having such an api a possibility?
