I updated my spotify to the most recent version and it screwed up weirdly. When I got automatically logged back in, my username was all numbers and when I changed it to log in with my account, it was reset like a new account. My phone app is logged in as the number representation of my account and still has all my saved songs but the app is too **bleep**ty to reasonably get the music off of it (also it's hundreds of songs I'd have to manually restar). The app says there's no connection to the internet 9 times out of 10 when I open it even when my internet is working completely fine, and the get premium thing pops up non-stop, making it next to impossible to get my music off the lists on my phone. Prior to today, my experience with spotify has been very positive but having to deal with this has made me not even want to deal with spotify any more if this can't be rapidly resolved.
I sent that message to the contact spotify support, and received an entirely useless response of maybe two lines asking to check the forums and the FAQ, both of which I did, and one of which told me to use the contact spotify support form. I'm more than frustrated with spotify at this point, and I'm almost at the point of never using spotify again where before I was considering getting premium.
