apparently somehow my password is no longer valid and when I go to reset my password it the form doesn't get sent to any of my e-mail adresses. so apparently the only way to do anything with spotify is to make a second account in order to even log in or even get to the page to be able to request customer support.
so basically after noticing on my bill that I was charged ~$130 or 12 months worth of subscription prices I tried to call the phone number that was on my bank charge, after unsuccessfully trying to contact customer support I then decided ok whatever i'll just let it be a yearly payment plan instead of month to month, spotify is a decent service. well a few days ago I go to listen to music on my computer and it says my password is incorrect, then I try on my phone which is set to auto login which then tells me that my password is invalid. so trying the process of reseting my password using my username it doesn't send anything to my e-mail.
so this is the last option before I just call my bank and dispute the charge as fraudulant and leave spotify for good. if theres no one who will respond to my inquires about my account which I paid for then why would I allow the charge to stay?
