My "Spotify Receipt" is not in a language that I understand

I recently updated my payment method, and I received a receipt via email. This receipt is in a language that I don't understand. I can't read or speak it.

It looks like one of the native languages in my country, but I can't be 100% sure. The second half of the email contains the English version, but the subject and the first part of the email is useless to me.

I can't find a place to change my language. So it seems that Spotify is setting the language based on the country that I am in. Since I'm from a country with ELEVEN official language, I don't know how Spotify can decide which language to show in my receipt email? Is there a way I can change this?
