Hi,   I just wanted to know why Spotify iOS doesn't download offline tracks in the background? I know iOS supports this, as all other media apps do it, including Netflix, Prime Video and Apple Music.   Downloading over 900 tracks takes a long time, and if I can't use my phone at the time it's also very boring - or if I do use my phone, I find that I haven't downloaded any tracks at all, making it takes days, rather than hours, to download my playlists.   Please have your iOS developers improve the app by allowing background downloads.   Thanks, Liam ... Hi,   I've just noticed a reproducable bug in the iOS Spotify App.   If I go to a playlist folder, and select the 'All Songs' option, if I select a specific song it plays the first song in the list. If I select a song after applying a filter, it plays the song as normal.   This happens for all my playlist folders. So, you know that feature length south park that was released the year (or perhaps it was the year before) I was born? The songs from it are good...   Unfortunately, they're not available on Spotify 😞   Now, I did some checking, and apparently the record was released by Atlantic Records... Hi 🙂 Let me give a bit of background...   Several months ago, my NUS premium subscription was randomly cancelled. I tried to resubscibe but it didn't go well... I then got a premium code as a prize - and forgot about my predicament.   After that, I couldn't resubscribe via NUS, so I contacted support. This was ~2 months ago. They said there were having issues, and I would have to create a new account or wait for it to be fixed. I didn't want to lose access to my community account, so I told them to credit my account with premium and wait for it to be fixed.   Next month comes along, and the same issue occurs. They say they'll add a months premium to my account as the issue should be resolved by the time it ends.   And we're at now. I'm now getting a different error. When clicking the subscribe button on my subscription status, I get the below banner:     So, when will I be able to resubscribe? I'm getting fedup of having to ask support every month...   Just so you're aware, I'm NOT letting my subscription expire and resubscribing. Here's what I remember happening:   I redeemed a premium code or two This somehow cancelled my renewal I try to resubsribe via the NUS deal, but it failed I come to play a track today, and find Spotify thinks I'm in the USA. I check my account & find my profile country is set to the USA, and that I need to change my payment details to update it. I check, and my UK payment card is stored, and my renewal is still cancelled Any idea how this happened? Well, I'm finding myself in the rare situation of asking a question 😉   Anyhow, I redeemed my Premium Code earlier today (thanks @meahtenoha ), however it now says that I will revert to Spotify free when my current month and the free month ends?   So, I clicked the stay premium button, however it takes me to the normal page (£9.99 a month). I go to the NUS page, and click use NUS, but it takes me back the general account page...   How do I get my NUS discount back? I need premium, but I can't pay £9.99 a month for it!   Liam ...
