2nd Device not recognizing Premium Account

My tablet version of spotify is not recognizing my premium subscription.  I had to update my credit card info when my card expired and it cancelled my premium subscription.  When I repurchased premium it recognized it on my laptop and phone but not my tablet.  Any help would be appreciated...
