Access denied for idea submissions

My Question or Issue

Attempting to submit and idea to 'Idea Submissions' but keep getting the following message: "Access Denied - You do not have sufficient privileges for this resource or its parent to perform this action."

Also, unrelated, but I got an error submitting this because of "Post Flooding" even though my previous "submissions" were failed attempts to submit this due to label errors. Please fix that too.

Thanks for reaching out in this thread!

Could you give the Ideas submission another shot using an incognito window in your browser to see if it makes a difference? If possible, you can also try from different device or when connected to another internet connection.

If this doesn't do the trick, could you send us a screenshot of the exact error message you're seeing? This will help us look in to this further.
