Accidentally deleted songs from playlist

Credo che il mio fratellino abbia accidentalmente cancellato alcuni brani su una mia playlist. Ho provato la funzione undo ma ne ha recuperata solo una, ce ne sono altre, solo che non ricordo quali perchè la playlist è grande. Mi potete aiutare? La playlist si chiama "Mia2".

Se potete controllate anche le playlist: "Mia", "Shazam","Shazam2","Shazam3", riguardo sempre a brani cancellati in data 10/10/2014. Io oggi ho cancellato una playlist che si chiamava circa "wsluiefhajwdgaj" (l'ho intitolata con lettere a caso) ma non mi interessa recuperarla.

If your brother has deleted an entire playlist you can head over here and try to recover it:

https://www.spotify.com/us/account/recover-playlists/

But if it was just a few songs and you can't use the undo button (Ctrl/Cmd+Z), 

Try submiting an online contact form; and someone at Spotify can restore them for you.

If you get an automated reply; make sure to reply to it directly (even if it's from a no reply); and it will be sent to the Spotify staff.

Ciao, ho mandato ieri sera stessa una mail al centro assistenza rispondendo poi direttamente alla replica automatica come mi hai spiegato. Ho esposto il mio problema. Oggi mi arriva una mail in cui mi si dice che i brani cancellati per errore nella playlist "Mia2" sono stati ripristinati. Al che apro spotify ma con estrema sorpresa scopro che tutte le cvanzoni nella playlist "Mia2" sono state cancellate. Invece di aiutarmi hanno peggiorato la situazione, che devo fare?

Hello, I sent an email yesterday evening to service center, responding directly to the automatic replication as you have explained.

I explained my problem. Today I get an email in which it says that the songs deleted by mistake in the playlist "Mia2" are restored.

Then I open spotify but very surprised to discover that all songs in playlist "Mia2" have been deleted. The playlist is empty. What have they done?

Instead of help have worsened the situation, what should I do?

I have alredy sent another mail but no response.
