Account deleted

So I was already paying for Spotify for my computer,phone and TV. Then when I logged into to listen just a few hours ago it had a issue logging me in then when I finally got on, all my music was gone and it was advertising asking me to sign up to pay again. 

Can I recover my account that I already paid for? (I know its still out there because I can see it from looking at it on a facebook comment about one of my past playlists)

I doubt your account has been deleted - it sounds like you have logged in with the wrong credentials. Try logging out and back in with your facebook credentials.
