Hi,

 

 

I was recently charged for a account I cannot access due to my phone being stolen and had to log into a old account to even post this forum. I am trying to get my money back..

Have you tried calling your credit card company to cancel the subscription?

https://support.spotify.com/us/article/how-to-cancel-your-subscription/ Click here and follow the instructions on how to cancel premium. It also talks about having a seperate account that is being charged for premium that you don't use under the "Didn't work?" section. Hope this is helpful
