CANT CANCEL PREMIUM

CANT CANCEL PREMIUM

Okay, I have been trying to cancel my subscription for two weeks, sending emails ect. But I am not geting any answers. And everytime I put in my password I just get redirected and a red square comes up and it says Oops something went wrong. 

 

What am I going to do?!

Jesper_redander - I understand that my colleagues have been in touch. It looks like your subscription is through Telia, so you'd need to contact them if you'd like to cancel your subscription.

But I have talked to Telia and they say that I don't have an acount with them because it was canceled in December 2010!

 

How can I solve this?! Premium keeps taking my money but I can't stop it!!

This is very late, but seeing as no solution was found, I figured I should post this here for people with the same problem.

Subscriptions initiated through Telia needs to be cancelled through Telia's website. Below is a guide to do this on their site in Swedish.
