CHARGED FOR PREMUIM WHEN I SHOULDNT BE!!

Just realised I've been charged for Spotify Premium for the past 10 months even though I've never agreed to this and on my account it says Free not Premium and I have never had PREMUIM . I am trying to contact Spotify as I want an explanation and refund for this but there are no contact numbers!!
