Can not change country

My ip address is from USA and I am in USA and my paypal account associated is using an american credit card but I am not able to change the country to USA. I have been in Italy only for vacations and I have been charged in Euro paying more than 10 bucks monthly.

How is it possible to change the country to pay in dollars and in USA?

Let's try the following steps:

1. Clear all your cache, cookies, and website data, or for best results use a private/incognito tab.
2. If you already have an active subscription, then cancel it here. Don't worry, your remaining days of your subscription will still be available on your account. 
3. Go to https://www.spotify.com/us/purchase/panel/?country=us#__main-extended-creditcard to resubscribe. If that link doesn't work try https://www.spotify.com/it/purchase/panel/?country=us#__main-extended-creditcard
4. Your country should now be changed on your account. 🙂

@Merik when I click on that link I don't see the amount of money that I will pay with paypal.
