You offered me three month premium for 9,99 €, but Don't give it to me after I loged in at paypal

Same stuff is happening to me. It keeps saying payment failed after I try to upgrade. Then I checked my bank account and it took money out and It didn’t give me premium. I tried to contact them but the Chatbot said they had an issue with their payment system

Thanks for reaching out. If you're facing issues making payments, consider the following:

  • Make sure that you are eligible for the relevant offer - never used Premium on any account for the 3 month trial and not used Premium for at least a couple of months for the 3 months for the price of 1 offer.
  • If your attempts are repatedly unsuccessful, wait at least an hour or two and then try again. Repeated failed attemps can lead to your account getting locked and the system automatically rejecting all payment attempts
  • Make sure you have sufficient funds on the payment method you're trying to use
  • Make sure the country of the payment method matches that of your account
  • Try with different payment methods
  • Try in an incognito window, as well as on different devices and in different networks. If you have a VPN, deactivate it.
