Cancel my account free/open is imposible

I have send 3 messages to spotify and no good answer for cancel my free/ooen account is impossible mission, what can i do?

Hi there, if you have a paid subscription. can you cancel your subscription from here?  You should see Cancel your subscription at the bottom of that page. 

If you have a free account though, there's usually no need to cancel- you can continue to use the free version when you want- or not.

If you're looking to delete the account, you can open a ticket with Spotify Support.

Is that i pay 9,99 euros and anywhere is the possibility of cancel
This subscription, it seems that my account is free and thats not true its the second time that i pay and i cant cancel, help me!!!!

I can confirm that the account "mahetheshop" does not currently have an active subscription.

Is there a chance you may have created a second account through your Facebook?
