Canceled Premium Subscription, cannot reinstate premium

Canceled Premium Subscription, cannot reinstate premium

I canceled my premium membership about a week ago and I've been trying to reinstate it since then. The issue that I'm having is that I only get the option to choose a 30-day free trial then get charged after that trial runs out. The problem is that I've already used a 30-day free trial and I think the registration page is registering that and not allowing me to procede to just paying for a premium membership with no trial.

I recommend contacting Spotify Support directly through Twitter via @SpotifyCares or through this link to request assistance by email.  Make sure to check your inbox and spam folders for any emails back from Spotify and ensure you reply back to the email (even if it comes from a "No-Reply" address).

 

Post back here if you're still having issues after reaching out to support.
