Cancelled my Spotify account last year, just got charged twice this month

Cancelled my Spotify account last year, just got charged twice this month

I cancelled my spotify account last year, and this month I noticed that I had two charges for spotify on my bank account. I need to know what accounts are associated with my credit card, and why they weren't cancelled.

I tried the contact form on the website to get in touch with the billing department, got a autoresponse, and replied like I was instructed before here. Have not heard anything back.
