@Tessahamming, first up, we suggest that you head over to your account page and press the Sign out everywhere button, then reset your Spotify password. If the issue persists afterwards, we'd recommend following the steps under "Lost anything?" in this article.
@LeeDA, you can delete a playlist by right-clicking on it > Delete (if you've created it) or Remove from Your Library (if it's a playlist you're following) in the desktop app and web player. If you want to delete it from the mobile app, you just need to open it > tap on the 3 dots > Delete playlist (if it's your own) or tap on the green heart icon to dislike it (if you're following it).
