Cant Login using phone number

Hello!

I am from UAE and I am currently having difficulty in logging my spotify account on the website using my phone number. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to put an alternative email for that account. 

I have tried it a number of times already and I'm pretty sure that my number is correct as I have no problems in accessing the app with it. 

The site kept on sending this message:

• "Oops! Something went wrong, please try again or check out our help area"

Would seriously appreciate your help as I am planning to cancel my duo premium to join our family premium. Thank you in advance!

I am having a problem in logging with my email. The thing is I have typed my email and password correctly. But the app says my password and email don't suit each other. And I have tried logging in with Google then it says something went wrong try again. What can I do?

When i try to login to my Spotify account it shows "check your phone number"

Hey people. I faced the same issue and came to this thread to find solutions but this page doesnt have any solution. Eventually I messaged on support page to have a chat with support executive and they updated my email id in the same account that I wasnt able to access via mobile number. Tengo mi cuenta de spotify, la sigo desde otro perfil y todo, pero no recuerdo el correo
Al yo colocar me olvidé mi contraseña envía link a un correo, pero no se a cual ya que tengo varios, tengo acceso a todos pero algunos me he olvidado, solo quiero saber a que correo está enlazada mi cuenta para poder ingresar

Tengo mi tarjeta de débito ligada y no quiero que se me siga cobrando algo que no voy a usar.

I'm using a premium duo account, except when my mother tries to log onto her account (the manager of the plan) it doesn't exist! Can't find the profile on spotify, username AND email both say they are not attached to an account. The only evidence I have of it ever existing are the emails I received saying I am on a duo account with her. Her profile on my desktop spotify is not clickable.

I can't log into my Spotify account. I created the account using phone number. Now it's showing something went wrong when I am trying to login

Whenever I tried to login using mobile number, it first asks for OTP but I never get it and when I try again it says error and try another number.

Ao tentar recuperar, aparece para verificar número de telefone. Mesmo tendo a conta vinculada a esse número há muito tempo.

I was logged out on my phone and on the desktop app. I normally log in with my phone number and get a 6 digit OTP code sent, but when I type in the code I get an error message that the code is incorrect, but it isn't. I tried it a dozen times now. I'm on Spotify Premium. Can someone help, please?
