Cant log in

I've been using spotify for years now and out of no where none of my login credentials work. I've been signed out of spotify on my desktop and phone and when i try signing back in it says login failed. I am 100% sure that these are the right credentials. I even tried changing my password and it doesnt even accept the new password. What in the world is going on!

Do you have access to your web profile? Try logging into your Spotify profile on your browser here with your email. Your username will be displayed after you login.

After that, logout of the app in your devices, and be sure to use that username, instead of your email address, to login to your account.
