Changed to premium family and playlists didn't migrate

Changed to premium family and playlists didn't migrate

I just changed to premium family and my playlists are gone.  I am showing some playlists, but not the ones that I created, there are others that I didn't create.  Can anyone help?

Hey @jbpearl,

 

Try logging into your Spotify profile on your browser here with your email. Your username will be displayed after you login.

 

After that, check the status of your subscription. If everything looks ok, logout of the app in your device, and be sure to use that username, instead of your email address, to login to your account. It's the one with your music.

That resulted in the same thing. Any other suggestions?

Seems to me that it's a duplicate account issue. You should fill out the contact form, and someone from Spotify will be happy to help you within 24 hrs. Don't forget to check your spam folder for responses as they may end up there.

 

If you get an automated email directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you.
