Delete account

When I go to the close account option in the contact form page it just sends me a mail that leads me to spotify support, I followed the instructions there and it leads me to the close account option in the contact form page. Help please!

Just to clarify, are you currently on Premium?

Keep in mind that if you are, you'll first need to cancel your Premium plan and wait until your account is on free.
