Facebook account merged with my non facebook account (2 spotify accounts)

Facebook account merged with my non facebook account (2 spotify accounts) and now my original facebook account is no longer accessible, So I was in the car on my phone which is connected to my non facebook account, I tried logging in and selected log in with facebook thinking it'd log into my other account, nope it merged my non facebook account with facebook and deleted EVERYTHING from my facebook original account.
