Forgott my password, please help.

Hi, i'm always logged in on my spotify on my computer, so i have forgotten my password, and got blocked on another computer when i tried it and wasn't able to fix it.

I'm still logged in on my computer, and i went in on my account here to change my password, but i can't change my password unless i remember my old one, so what do i do???

Have you tried the online contact form?

Contact Spotify

If you contact Spotify through this and get an automated answer, you can just replay to that e-mail. Even if it says no-replay, someone will contact you 🙂

To get a password reset:
1. Go to https://www.spotify.com/password-reset/
2. If you get redirected to your online profile (where you need to current password to make the change), you are still logged into the website. Click on your name at the top and choose Log Out.
3. Return to https://www.spotify.com/password-reset/ and you should be able to request a reset.
