Getting charged full amount instead of discount

Getting charged full amount instead of discount

I was recently charged the full amount to get premium when before I was getting the discount. I was refunded my money, and now when I tried again to upgrade using the discount I was charged the full amount (AGAIN). What is going on? How can I fix this and I guess wait yet another 4 days for my refund so I can get premium.

I recommend contacting Spotify Support directly through Twitter via @SpotifyCares or through this link to request assistance by email.  Make sure to check your inbox and spam folders for any emails back from Spotify and ensure you reply back to the email (even if it comes from a "No-Reply" address).
