Hola buenas tardes, no me permite realizar el pago de Spotify premium.

Se caducó el plazo para actualizar el pago y ahora no me permite pagar con mi tarjeta habitual.

Las tarjetas que intente agregar están bien, cuando le doy agregar tarjeta me aparece un icono de spotify y una x roja que no se conecta con el servidor.

Try subscribing in an incognito window and also with different payment methods. If that doesn't work, try reaching out to our support team in case your account has been blocked from making payments because of multiple old failed payments.
