How to reactivate a family account for all members

Hi, I just forgot to pay my monthly fee and my premium subscription got back to free. As soon as I got the mail from Spotify I paid with PayPal and now I have a premium for family, all my playlists albums eetc are back, but all members of my family are gone. I tried to inveite them again, but Spotify says they are already part of a family. What am I supposed to do?

When your members go onto https://spotify.com, does it say that they're on the Free plan or still part of a Family plan (Premium)?

It says they are a on a free plan 

Can you send them the invite link manually and let me know what happens when they click on it?
