I am being charged $9.99 for Spotify Free, but have no option to remove subscrition

I tried following all the help i could find, but I have no option to remove the subscription. i would like the 19.98 refunded

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂

You will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to lend a hand to get those charged refunded and your account cancelled. You definitely will have an active Premium account somewhere, even if you can't currently access it. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.

Spotify Free isn't payed, so you payed for a month of premium ..
Are you sure you didn't bought a premium month ?
