I can't change my country

Hello,
I'm a free user and apparently when I created my account long ago I ignored the "Country" field so it stayed as USA. But really, I created it this account in Puerto Rico and I have never moved since (I'm still living here). But when I went to edit my profile to change the country to Puerto Rico it wouldn't let me change it to anything else. The only option it gave me was USA, which was the country it was already set to! Can someone please tell how to make all the countries appear in the country list instead of it just displaying "USA"?
