I have paid for a long time, but put on "free"

I have paid for a long time, but put on "free"

I have been paying 99 SEK every month for a long period. Latest payment via Eurocard was on the 7th of june 2014. But the staus of my account is "Spotify free".

 

Please help.

If it shows "free" here, then you're probably logged into the wrong account, particularly if there is no payment history. Did you sign up with facebook? If so, you should be logging in with your facebook credentials (email address/facebook password) and mot a username. Try logging out and back in.

 

If that doesn't work, get in touch with spotify here and they'll sort it out. If you get an automated response directing you back to the community or to the help pages, please reply to it to speed things along.
